Modern smart property with responsive staff especially the Receptionist. Easy to get to, nice location just off the pedestrian walkway that is located along the beach, and the center. Also, right on Benidorms boardwalk.

I liked the location and the size of the rooms. Also, having a terrace and balcony were great.
The toilet in our room was not working properly so the staff moved us to a different room. At first, they told us we had to wait until morning to have someone look at it, but after we pressed a little, they moved us.

I almost gave a good review, but the pool was freezing and the mattress could definitely use some softness. Given my status, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but no one seemed to care. Breakfast was decent, just don't expect anything fancy. An absolute disappointment overall!

The location is fantastic, right next to the pedestrian walkway along the beach.
On arrival, the staff was thoughtless, barely acknowledging my presence. The pool was unbearably cold. The mattress was hard, which ruined my sleep.

The rooms were very good with both living room and bedroom. Views over the beach were lovely! Staff were very helpful and friendly!
The food could have been better with more varied choices - particularly breakfast which was the same evry morning!

The fine views of Levante Beach from our junior suite were amazing. The spacious balcony was perfect for evening relaxation. Very clean and well-maintained facilities. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help.

Family with children will enjoy this place
The hotel staff were really nice too help my mother who uses a wheelchair. The meals were not just good, but they had quality dishes like lamb and salmon that really stand out, reminded me of we were dining at a high-end restaurant.
It wasn't cheap but worthwhile.
